Gérer l’interface client et la communication pour les projets/programmes assignés. Représenter Lifecycle Safety sur les projets/programmes ; servir de point de contact principal au sein de Lifecycle Safety pour tous les clients internes et externes ; assurer la liaison entre les clients internes/externes et les équipes opérationnelles de Lifecycle Safety.
Gérer les livrables clients pour les projets/programmes assignés. Leadership tactique et quotidien orienté client au niveau projet/programme. Responsabilités : planification du projet (délais, livrables), gestion du périmètre, gestion de la qualité et gestion financière du projet.
Peut agir en tant que responsable de compte sur un programme ou un portefeuille client et, par conséquent, rendre compte des indicateurs au niveau programme/portefeuille et superviser des projets qu’il ne dirige pas directement.
Assumer le rôle d’architecte de solutions, responsable de la conception et de la défense des solutions proposées pour de nouvelles opportunités commerciales autonomes en matière de sécurité. Formuler des hypothèses budgétaires opérationnelles et prendre des décisions pour orienter la création du budget, personnaliser les textes et données requis. Agir de manière autonome en tant qu’expert en sécurité (SME) et point de contact unique pour la gouvernance, les dirigeants et les partenaires intégrés dans la construction de la solution proposée, et défendre la stratégie et la tarification de l’initiation à la livraison.
Représenter en tant qu’expert en sécurité (SME). Fournir leadership et responsabilité pour les supports destinés aux clients et le soutien opérationnel afin de transmettre les messages clés, en travaillant de manière transversale et tout au long du cycle d’opportunité, en intégrant le message central de Lifecycle Safety dans les documents, présentations et réunions destinés aux clients. Collaborer avec la direction pour mettre en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques et garantir la cohérence mondiale.
Fournir leadership et structure pour l’interface client depuis la phase de cadrage, en passant par la génération de propositions, la défense des offres, jusqu’à la transition du travail et la prestation de services ; et tout au long du cycle de vie de développement et commercial du produit.
Gérer les finances des projets/programmes assignés. Mettre à jour les systèmes financiers, y compris la reconnaissance des revenus, la facturation, la révision du budget du projet, l’analyse financière, la gestion des avenants, etc.
Assurer la performance financière du projet grâce à la supervision des indicateurs clés (revenus, coûts directs, coûts des feuilles de temps, marge contributive).
Développer une expertise spécialisée et peut agir en tant qu’expert (SME) sur des initiatives départementales, régionales ou mondiales.
Travailler avec les équipes commerciales et propositions pour garantir des réponses rapides, fluides et adaptées aux opportunités. Stimuler la croissance en améliorant la fidélité client grâce à des relations renforcées, une excellence dans la prestation de services et une communication client efficace.
Participer activement aux réunions avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Fournir des mises à jour sur l’état des projets, définir les processus et la stratégie de planification.
Gérer le démarrage des nouveaux projets en utilisant les procédures opérationnelles standard et les meilleures pratiques, y compris l’identification des risques potentiels lors de l’initiation et la mise en œuvre de mesures d’atténuation pour garantir une livraison fluide en phase de maintenance.
Fournir un leadership pour les équipes virtuelles Lifecycle Safety : tenir les équipes locales/globales informées des développements ; diriger les réunions internes pour examiner les processus et l’état des projets. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir la conformité aux attentes des clients.
Participer aux activités commerciales et aux présentations (capacités, défenses d’offres) et au développement des propositions (stratégie, coûts et texte), selon les besoins.
Intégrer des options stratégiques lors de la définition du périmètre et des processus avec le client.
Favoriser la relation client en mode partenariat ; gérer les comptes en visant une relation commerciale étendue tout au long du cycle de vie. Se concentrer sur la fidélisation et le renouvellement des contrats.
Travailler de manière centrée sur le client, analyser ses besoins et développer des solutions stratégiques innovantes et transversales au sein des lignes de service LS.
Participer aux audits et inspections clients et internes pour les projets assignés. Assurer la liaison avec le personnel Assurance Qualité et la direction pour la compilation des plans d’actions correctives (CAP).
Collaborer avec la direction Lifecycle Safety pour répondre aux besoins et résoudre les problèmes des clients.
Effectuer d’autres tâches selon les besoins.
Qualifications minimales
Pour réussir dans ce poste, la personne doit pouvoir accomplir chaque tâche essentielle de manière satisfaisante. Connaissance intermédiaire des principes, théories et concepts du domaine, généralement acquise par une formation avancée combinée à une expérience.
Diplôme de licence – Sciences de la santé ou autre domaine directement lié.
2 à 3 ans d’expérience en Lifecycle Safety (pharmacovigilance, CEVA, information médicale, publication de sécurité, gestion des risques, etc.) avec expérience en gestion de projet.
Connaissance des exigences réglementaires applicables à la recherche clinique au niveau mondial, régional et local ; ex. Bonnes Pratiques Cliniques (GCP) et directives ICH, procédures opérationnelles standard IQVIA.
Volonté d’accroître ses connaissances dans les lignes de service Lifecycle Safety et de développer de nouvelles compétences.
Solides compétences en priorisation (délais critiques), planification et organisation.
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, y compris la capacité à travailler et diriger des téléconférences.
Compétences efficaces en collaboration, organisation et délégation.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome sur plusieurs projets et à gérer des priorités concurrentes.
Capacité à gérer l’ambiguïté.

Essential Functions
Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects/programs. Represent Lifecycle Safety on projects/programs; serve as primary point of contact within Lifecycle Safety for all internal and external customers; liaise between internal/external customers and Lifecycle Safety Operational teams.
Manage customer deliverables for assigned projects/programs. Tactical, day-to-day customer-facing leadership at project/program level. Responsibilities include project planning (timelines, deliverables), scope management, quality management and project financial management.
May act as an account owner over a program or customer portfolio and therefore report program/portfolio level metrics and provide oversight of projects they do not directly lead.
Performs role of solution architect responsible for crafting and defending proposed solutions to new standalone Safety business opportunities. Formulates operational budgetary assumptions and takes decisions to steer the creation of the budget, fulfil required customization of text and data. Acts autonomously as the Safety Subject Matter Expert (SME) and single point of contact for Governance, Executives and Integrated Partners in construction of proposed solution and defends the strategy and pricing from initiation through to delivery.
Represents as Safety SME. Provide leadership and accountability for customer-facing collateral and operational support to deliver key customer messages, working cross-functionally and across the opportunity lifecycle, integrating lifecycle safety core message delivery into customer facing material, presentations and meetings. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and ensure global consistency.
Provide leadership and structure for customer service interface from scoping stage, through proposal generation, bid defense to transition of work and service delivery; and throughout the development and commercial life cycle of the product.
Manage finances for assigned projects/programs. Update financial systems, including revenue recognition, invoicing, project budget review, project financial analysis, pursuit of change orders, etc.
Ensure financial project performance through oversight of key performance metrics (i.e revenue, direct costs, time-sheet costs, contribution margin).
Develop specialist expertise and may act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on departmental, regional or global initiatives.
Work with sales and proposals to ensure rapid, seamless, tailored responses to opportunities. Drive business growth by improving customer loyalty through enhanced customer relations, service delivery excellence and excellent customer communication.
Actively participate at meetings with internal & external stakeholders. Provide project status updates, defines processes, project/planning strategy.
Manage start-up of new projects using standard operating procedures and best practices, including identifying potential risks during project initiation and implementing mitigation measures to ensure seamless delivery at maintenance stage.
Provide leadership for Lifecycle Safety virtual project teams: keep local/global LS team current on project developments; lead internal Lifecycle Safety team meetings to review project processes and status. Work closely with Lifecycle Safety Operational teams, to ensure projects/programs are delivered in accordance with customer expectations.
Participate in sales activities, and sales presentations (capabilities, bid defenses) and proposal development (strategy, costs and text), as required.
Incorporate strategic options when defining project/program scope and processes with customer.
Support customer relationship into partnership mode; manage accounts targeting extended business relationship throughout lifecycle. Focus on customer loyalty and contract renewal.
Work in a customer centric fashion analyzing customer needs and developing innovative, cross-functional strategic solutions within LS service lines to meet customer needs.
Participate in client and internal audits and inspections for assigned projects. Liaise with Quality Assurance staff and management in the compilation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
Collaborate with Lifecycle Safety Management to address and resolve customer needs and issues.•
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Requires intermediate level knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
Bachelor's Degree - Health science or other directly related field
2-3 years' experience of Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, safety Publishing, Risk Management etc) with project management experience
Knowledge of applicable global, regional and local clinical research regulatory requirement; i.e. Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, IQVIA Standard Operating Procedures.
Willingness to increase knowledge across Lifecycle Safety service lines and develop new skills.
Strong prioritization (critical timelines), planning and organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to work and lead teleconferences.
Effective collaborative, organizational and delegation skills.
Independently work on multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
Ability to manage ambiguity.
Strong presentation (independently present at internal/external meetings) skills; report writing skills and customer focus skills.
