Recognition Week celebrates our progress and the people behind it.

We recently invited IQVIA teams around the world to come together for Recognition Week—a global celebration of appreciation and teamwork. The response? More than 22,000 e-cards sent across borders, time zones and teams, highlighting the extraordinary everyday impact our colleagues have on one another.

During Recognition Week and beyond, working at IQVIA means showing up for each other. Through our Impact program, team members can send e-cards in just a few clicks from Outlook or Teams, making everyday appreciation seamless and sincere. Recognition is also a driving force behind our Rewarding Work initiative, which connects employees to the tools, benefits and culture that shape life here.
