Meet Regan Wyatt, Talent Acquisition Manager, who is sharing why she thinks you will love working at IQVIA.

Regan found her calling as a recruiter, creating the highest quality candidate and hiring manager experience. After more than 15 years, she says it is IQVIA that encourages her to chart her path forward and the joy in a candidate’s voice when they eagerly accept a job offer that continues to inspire her. She adds that watching her new hire thrive long-term at IQVIA is even more rewarding.

In her own words, Regan shares three reasons you should consider joining the IQVIA team.

Diverse, global collaboration

Workplace collaboration is crucial to our creativity and learning, allowing us to share diverse perspectives and ideas for problem-solving. IQVIA’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) offer a framework for employee connection, giving colleagues with similar interests another way to share perspectives.

I joined our Women Inspire Network (WIN), one of among eight global ERGs, and it has been instrumental in cultivating connections with women outside of my team and gaining insights from senior leaders.

Learning and Development

This is one of my favorite topics to highlight with candidates as a recruiter. IQVIA understands how vital it is to provide growth opportunities and more importantly, understands growth looks different for everyone.

We encourage internal mobility as well as upskilling and reskilling and recognize when an employee may be ready to take on a new challenge. Internal mobility is easily accessible and encouraged by leadership. It’s our way of ensuring you have the experiences you need to grow – and stay – with us.

Career Connections is an AI-powered internal talent marketplace tool and is just one of several avenues to gain visibility to internal mobility, short-term projects, networking and mentorship opportunities. I recently secured a project to introduce employees to Career Connections, conducting presentations across different business units. This experience helped enhance my presentation skills and establish connections with leaders beyond my immediate team.

Flexibility

This is probably one of the main reasons I love working for IQVIA. When I started here, my children were young. With an amazing manager and ample flexibility, I was able to volunteer in their classroom, eat lunch with them at school, and volunteer for field trips. As they grew older and involved in afterschool activities, I never missed a sporting event.

The flexibility and work/life balance has allowed me to maintain both my personal and professional aspirations! One of my hiring managers said it best, “We want you to work hard and in return, play hard as well.”
