Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead multiple consulting projects focused on Primary Market Research /Primary Intelligence in the Pharmaceutical and/or Life Sciences industry. This role ensures high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of insights that drive strategic decisions for our clients. You will also contribute to business development and help strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end market research projects, including study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Lead project teams (internal and external) to deliver actionable insights for clients in Pharma and Life Sciences.
Review client requirements, develop proposals, and ensure profitability with minimal senior management input.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables; drive projects to successful completion.
Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings and market intelligence.
Identify new business opportunities through follow-on work and proactive client engagement.
Mentor and coach team members to build expertise in market research and consulting methodologies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Experience: 8–12 years in consulting with a strong focus on Primary Market Research / Primary Intelligence in Pharma or Life Sciences.
Proven ability to manage complex research projects and deliver insights that influence business decisions.
Strong knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Established network within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry is a plus.
