The Publisher Account Manager will help onboard, manage, and grow publisher partner relationships, and provide support to the clients of the IQVIA Publisher Suite. This individual will work closely with publisher development, sales, client services and product and engineering teams to implement and grow the usage of the IQVIA platform within publisher organizations.

About The Job:

  • Maintain, develop and grow existing publisher partner relationships
  • Manage all day-to-day operations associated with publisher partners
  • Build solid customer relationships and serve as a point person for customer inquiries
  • Manage the technical deployment (including tag-based or header bidding integrations) and on-boarding of new clients
  • Train clients on the platform, encourage the adoption of new features and provide feedback internally on client needs
  • In-depth understanding of publisher KPI’s and provide valuable solutions surrounding publisher monetization strategy, and IQVIA product adoption
  • Manage key publisher information such as revenue tracking, platform usage, and growth opportunities (i.e.  inventory expansion)
  • Troubleshoot and uncover publisher issues & issues in the endemic marketplace around campaign delivery, revenue, fill rate, etc.
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing publishers to grow publisher monetization efforts
  • Develop and present publisher QBRs / ABRs
  • Actively QA product deployments across all publisher partners
  • Assist sales and publisher development teams on maintenance of ad campaigns and communicate between groups on opportunities sold
  • Work closely with the Publisher Development, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing teams

Must Have:

  • 2 years of account management, publisher management, customer support and/or ad operations experience; preferably in programmatic advertising, inventory management, with experience in identity and measurement solutions
  • Desire to work in a rapidly growing department, and the ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing meaningful solutions and optimizations to clients to grow account
  • Highly motivated, energetic, desire to grow, ambitious
  • Detail oriented and must have flexibility to work with diverse projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confidence in presenting to clients
  • High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $49,500.00 - $124,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
