In the Nordics, we are a team of over 500 employees with offices in all four Nordic countries. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual for a paid working student role in Espoo, Finland. This role involves supporting market research activities and providing high-quality, timely input to client projects in the life sciences field. Assignments typically require analysis and problem-solving within an established framework.

Job Description:

  • Support the local consulting team in Finland by conducting qualitative and quantitative market research in the healthcare industry.
  • Analyze data and interpret sales insights and patient dynamics to support the team with project deliverables.
  • Evaluate and review both internal and external client business needs; understand and assist in addressing those questions.
  • Be proactive and eager to develop business understanding and grow professional skills.

Formal Qualifications:

  • You have 1-3 years left until graduating, studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration (preferably with a focus/interest in healthcare), health economics, health sciences, or another health-related field.
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking grammatically correct Finnish and English is required. Additional language skills in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian are an asset.
