Job Description We are seeking bright, motivated candidates for the position of Research & Insights Intern. Essential Functions • Assist in conducting primary and secondary market research to gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. • Support on allotted tasks and provide support to manager/mentor in their day-to-day research tasks. • Carry out desk research, data compilation and analysis from project activities and capture the inferences in a presentable report. • Under close supervision, develop market research questionnaire and discussion guide that meet business objectives. • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations. Qualifications • Master’s degree in Pharmacy/ Biotechnology/ Pharma+MBA • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point • Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques, related to one’s functional area • Strong verbal/written communication skills • Self-motivated and flexible
