Job Description

Summary

This role will be primarily supporting an alliance-level client and their purchase of LAAD and other offerings. The FIA/LAAD Consultant is the most critical client facing position in the onboarding of new FIA/LAAD clients and consulting with all existing FIA/LAAD clients. The FIA-LAAD Consultant is the main advisor to clients on the appropriate set-up of highly complex and everchanging deliverables, as well as consistently advising them on the appropriate use and application of this fast growing service. 

The role's responsibilities include:
•    Onboarding new clients, which takes approximately 6-8 months with clients entirely changing their analytics to LAAD
•    Analyzing and advising clients on appropriate deliverable and application requirements, including cohort design, market definitions, reporting considerations, customizations, delivery, TPA coordination and appropriate interpretation of market and data events and changes
•    Manages overall client deliverable changes and additions, such as coordination of specialty supplementation, data customization and coordination with the Flexview Tech team to ensure data requirements are well understood
•    Triage and escalation of client issues, data investigations, client requests and managing to successful conclusion
•    Leads or participates in weekly meetings between client and LAAD/FIA team
•    Maintains ongoing project and issues log, and communication of status of changes and deliverables
•    Develop and implements ongoing client training to bridge the business issues to the data
•    Ensure overall client satisfaction along with revenue attainment and contract renewal
•    Supporting client needs in accordance with team/product offering rules. 


Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• 3-5 years of related experience Req
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
• Knowledge of claims data and/or managed care. 
• Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors.
• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.
• Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people and companies.
• Effective time management skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $90,800.00 - $166,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
