The ProductManager is responsible forthe oversight and delivery of Clinical Outcome Assessment Accelerator(COAA) technical products.  The Product Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to supportthe product’sstrategy, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. This position will also document the business requirements and work with the software development team throughout the development cycles. 

Product Manager Major Responsibilities(for COAA)

• Serves as the ProductManager for the IQVIA COA Accelerator (COAA)Technology solutions and related products

• Understands detailed roadmap requirements and converts them into business requirements,including data flow diagrams, use cases/stories and acceptance criteria.

• Schedules and runs recurring meetings to manage each sprint, plans project timelines, manages resources, identifiesrisk and communicates progress throughout the project

• Ability to understand, track, drill-down, and question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based upon that data.

• Works with the Strategy Team to convert their vision for the product into a formal product roadmap that outlines scope, milestones and budget over time. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the systems, data and business needs required for a decision support tool in the patient experience and clinical outcomes assessment (COA) space

• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, evaluate solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Skilled in developing data flow diagrams, process maps, and use cases to drive automation opportunities

• Flexible, easy going, and able to quickly adapt to changing demands

• Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies

• Ideally requires prior experience with Jira and Confluence
