Job Description

Our team are looking for a Regional Account Manager with demonstrable experience working with Primary Care Networks, Integrated Care Boards and gaining regional market access in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridge, and Essex. Your Role:

  • Strategical Planning: Developing and implementing industry-leading key account plans to execute the national strategy for the therapy area.
  • Market Access: Understanding customer processes and achieving local market access and population-level uptake across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
  • Local Insight: Leveraging deep local account and customer environmental insights to plan and execute strategy.
  • Pathway Understanding: Understanding therapy pathways and decision-making processes that impact prescribing across key accounts.
  • Prioritisation: Effectively segmenting accounts and targeting stakeholders to maximise impact.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining an expert level of product and disease area knowledge to influence clinical experts and local payers.
  • Relationship Building: Building trust and developing relationships with key decision-makers and respiratory clinical experts.
  • Policy Influence: Shaping local health economy policy to deliver market access and population-level uptake.
  • Customer Engagement: Delivering high-quality customer calls and presenting at meetings to generate advocacy and achieve account goals.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with local sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive focus on objectives and ensure clarity of accountability.
  • Service Implementation: Supporting the implementation of services and solutions to ensure patient access to our medicines.
  • Performance Tracking: Demonstrating measurable progress against account plans using clearly defined KPIs.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Degree level education.
  • Current ABPI certification.
  • Expertise and demonstrated skills as a Regional/Strategic Account Manager.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the NHS.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyse and assimilate data.
  • Account management approach to planning and decision-making.
