Supplier Services Coordinator

As a Supplier Services coordinator, you will support the collection and management of Hospital Pharmacy data. Manage relationships with data suppliers to deliver agreed data.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a team member, under close guidance or supervision, responsible for administering routine hospital medicines data collection.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensures the safe receipt of data on a monthly basis.

  • Identifies and resolves data issues.

  • Engages in direct email/phone communication with data suppliers.

  • Works closely with data suppliers to address data supply issues, resolve discrepancies and improve data accuracy.

  • Responds to routine queries from internal and external stakeholders and refers non-routine queries to manager.

  • Ensures adherence to all relevant regulations and industry best practices

Experience

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Knowledge & Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.

  • One (1) years exposure to medical products and/or doctor’s offices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities

  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism

  • Possesses a high degree of initiative

  • Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters
