Job Description

The department Real World & Analytics Solutions in the Nordics is a multidisciplinary consulting team with team members in all Nordic countries serving life science and healthcare stakeholders with insights and advice. Our services towards pharma companies are primarily related to Insight, Commercial excellence, Multichannel Strategy, Launch excellence, Pricing & Market Access strategy and Portfolio strategy.

As a Consultant you will be supporting and leading market research and analytical projects towards several clients in the Nordics. You will operate at the center of pharma and healthcare, shaping innovative solutions to drive healthcare forward. Your analytical, inter-personal, creative thinking and business management skills will be called upon from day one.

Every project will be different but an idea of the things that you are expected to accomplish are the following:

  • Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research among healthcare providers and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry
  • Perform in-depth interviews with different stakeholders, analyse and present results and support clients with their next steps
  • Build relations with healthcare stakeholders to create loyalty
  • Work in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client teams, management teams or other stakeholders
  • Work closely with clients and actively participate in projects to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery
  • Support the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals of cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction
  • Proactively broaden knowledge of consulting methodologies especially focused to the health and life sciences industries through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities


About you

Candidates interested in joining as a Consultant should have:

  • Master degree in for example business administration, marketing, psychology, economics, health economics or health sciences from a top business/research school
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare market research or equivalent role
  • Deep knowledge of the Finnish healthcare landscape
  • Demonstrated analytical, interpretative and problem solving skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish, and living in Finland
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others across the Nordic countries and with our Global excellence centers
  • Interest in a career in healthcare and life sciences consulting
  • Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
