Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Technologien zur Stärkung unserer cloudbasierten Infrastruktur.
• Arbeiten in standardisierten Umgebungen für Service- und Produktbereitstellung, einschließlich Produktions-, UAT-, Entwicklungs- und QA-Umgebungen.
• Nutzung automatisierter Systeme für Deployment und Monitoring zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Zuverlässigkeit.
• Überwachung unserer Softwarebereitstellungsprozesse zur Sicherstellung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen.
• Durchführung von Wartung, Upgrades und Migrationen unserer Systeme und Infrastruktur.
• Kommunikation mit Kunden und deren Systemtechnikern.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Lösung von Problemen und Entwicklung unserer Betriebsumgebung.

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Anwendungsentwicklung oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich DevOps oder IT-Betrieb.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit cloudbasierter Infrastruktur.
• Praktische Erfahrung in Software-Deployment und Monitoring.
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
• Fließende und sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of innovative technologies to strengthen our cloud-based infrastructure.
• Working in standardized environments for service and product delivery, including production, UAT, development, and QA environments.
• Using automated systems for deployment and monitoring to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Monitoring our software delivery processes to ensure continuous improvements.
• Performing maintenance, upgrades, and migrations of our systems and infrastructure.
• Communicating with customers and their system technicians.
• Close collaboration with other departments to solve problems and develop our operating environment.

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development or comparable IT training.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of DevOps or IT operations.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Practical experience in software deployment and monitoring.
• Strong team and communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility and structured, independent working style.
• Fluent and confident German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills.
