Join us Associate Site Strategy Lead (Post Award) to be part in our team in LATAM.

You will:

  • Lead Site Identification and Site Selection phase for assigned projects
  • Provide Site Identification and Site Selection operational input guidance based on the sold project Site Identification and Site Selection strategy, targets, timelines and budget
  • Develop the project Site List and Site Recruitment documents/ templates to be used during the Site Selection phase (e.g. Site ID Guideline, email templates, SIF/ eSIF)
  • Responsible to request the Site Identification and Site Selection resources (SM and SMA) for assigned projects based on the project Site Identification and Site Selection budget and requirements
  •  Ensure that assigned Site Identification and Site Selection staff is properly trained to conduct the Site Identification and Site Selection project phase for assigned projects.
  • Participate in project internal and sponsor meetings to provide Site Identification and Site Selection progress, key learnings, trends and propose strategies and solutions for overcoming the potential Site Identification and Site Selection operational burdens and barriers.

  • Strong leadership competencies to lead projects and multi-cultural teams.
  • Project ownership controlling delivery on time, within scope and controlling budget.
  • Demonstrable experience working on multiple projects or clients balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiated and challenge decisions.
  • Proven ability to work through others to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics on complex projects.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and sponsors.
