Consumer Health Consulting in Nordics is part of IQVIA’s Nordic multidisciplinary Consulting team. We’re purpose-driven problem solvers, that do what we love to make a greater impact on human health.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager in Consumer Health to manage multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for Nordic clients. You will be contributing to new business development, maintain and strengthen our client base, and support the development of new offerings together with a dedicated team of colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Manage project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development, and delivery of client solutions.

• Lead teams to review client requirements, develop, and cost associated proposals with minimal senior management input.

• Handle proposal preparation process including modifications and maintain bid integrity.

• Develop and execute project plans with timelines and deliverables with minimal senior management guidance.

• Working with the IQVIA sales team on account planning and strategy

• Maintaining in-depth relationships with senior management client teams and current knowledge of client strategies, the industry, and trends

• Contributing to the awareness of IQVIA consumer health consulting in the marketplace through speaking engagements, client meetings and publications 

• Actively mentor and coach others to raise our capability to deliver top-tier solutions for clients.

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of related experience including commercial Consulting and Consumer Health industry experience required.

• Demonstrated Commercial Strategy and Analytics Experience - Ability to speak in detail with Senior Client Management about brand and commercial topics in consumer health industry segment, in a meaningful manner with depth of content knowledge

• Experience in developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives in the life sciences industry.

• Full proficiency in English (and preferably Swedish or Danish) is required.

• Swedishresidency and able to regularly workin IQVIA Solna office and regular business travel in Nordics

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver on tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, techniques related to functional area, and current developments in the life sciences industry.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills.

• Established network and referral contacts.
