Job Title: Inventory Control Associate

Job Summary:Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization? We are looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Control Associate to ensure our inventory processes run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards and supporting our mission to deliver top-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Precision:Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Audit Excellence:Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to uphold our standards.
• Collaborative Coordination:Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage stock levels effectively.
• Resolve Discrepancies:Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies with a proactive approach.
• Data-Driven Decisions:Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.
• Proven experience in inventory control or a related field is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable with fixed Tuesday - Saturday shift arrangement.
• Comfortable with working inside cold-room 1-2 hours daily (for inventory/stock count of reagents and paraphernalia that are stored in cold environments)
• Comfortable with overtime (as required, especially during audit/peak periods)
