We are seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced Vendor Category Expert with deep expertise in Imaging vendors to join our team. This role involves the operational implementation of the imaging strategy for assigned clinical studies in collaboration with the clinical trial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual clinical trial teams (CTTs) for all imaging-related matters for assigned studies.
• Prepare Imaging Study Specifications Worksheet (ISSW) to negotiate and manage require-ments and costs
• Provide input on imaging sections in clinical trial-related documents (such as protocols and consents) with guidance of Medical Lead and (associate) Global Trial Director.
• Leading the imaging CRO meetings. Contribute to the preparation and review of key documents, including imaging manual, imaging charter, data transfer specifications, etc.
• Function as a point of escalation for imaging issues that cannot be resolved at the individual level

Ideal Background:

• Education (minimum/desirable): Advanced degree in science or business with equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in executing imaging strategies in clinical trials
• Demonstrated ability to partner across divisions with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to meet deadlines under stressful situations.
