Job Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy individual to review, assess, and process safety data and information across service lines. This role involves distributing reports and data to both internal and external third parties, following applicable regulations, SOPs, and internal guidelines, with the support of senior operation team members.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize and complete assigned training on time.

• Process safety data according to regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.

• Perform pharmacovigilance activities, including collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AE)/endpoint information, determining initial/update status of incoming events, database entry, coding AE and products, writing narratives, and literature-related activities.

• Ensure quality and productivity standards are met per project requirements.

• Maintain compliance with all project-related processes and activities.

• Create, maintain, and track cases as per the project plan.

• Identify and report quality problems to senior team members.

• Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.

• Mentor new team members if assigned by the manager.

• Attend project team meetings and provide feedback on challenges, issues, or successes.

• Ensure 100% compliance with all people practices and processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline or allied life sciences

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications; knowledge of Python is preferred.

• Good knowledge of medical terminology.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
