This is a GTM Requisition to backfill Fernando Jose Garcia, Grade 130 Contracts Analyst 1 (Mexico/Brazil). Approval for this backfill will not result in an additional headcount. The position requested is to support our top mid-large general customers and Regeneron as there is a need to allocate resources to support the growing LTMS/Prism workload. We have recently had staff turnover within the team leaving a gap on these accounts that we are covering until resources are backfilled. This work cannot be absorbed as the existing team are already down 3 team members and the team are already close to capacity splitting their time between LTMS/Prism and PSB/Lims workload. Without this backfill, customer relationship and TAT could be impacted as we will not have the resources to sustain the same level of delivery whilst managing the workload volume. The volume of studies going into LTMS is growing month over month with the target to have all studies in LTMS by the end of the year.  The increased CA workload could result in employees having to extend their working hours, adversely effecting work-life balance, and potentially leading to further employee attrition/turnover.
