We are seeking a Lab Quality Specialist to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN.

The Lab Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting lab quality control processes and improvements.
What You’ll be Doing:
Provide Quality Control (QC) documentation support to operations.
Perform QC review of lab documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and SOPs.
Support the review and update of QC related SOPs.
Assist in client audits by responding to routine inquiries and reviewing documentation ahead of audits to ensure readiness; flag identified gaps to senior staff.
Support quality control educational programs: in-house workshops, presentations, training, and seminars for new hires and existing staff. Assist in drafting materials and lab staff training delivery.
Coordinate and schedule all assigned quality control projects with minor assistance from coworkers and manager.
Track and report deviation QC trends to management.
Evaluate QC processes for gaps, recommend actions, and communicate to management the analysis to support the continuous improvement of lab quality.
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology or equivalent.
1 year experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
Sound knowledge of laboratory quality systems and laboratory procedures.
Good computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on the assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $55,500.00 - $92,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
