We are looking for a Project Manager who will join our Global Finance Automation & Analytics Team, at the forefront of digital transformation within our company. Integrated in the Finance structure, our international team specializes in analytics and automation solutions, with a clear mission: to digitalize and automate all finance processes globally, for corporate, global shared services and local entities, with cutting-edge technology.

With a global scope focused in Financial area, you will be part of our international team that is transforming and digitalizing the company from its core in a constant changing environment. You will work fully on remote in an international environment, monitoring and bringing consistence to the most complex and high value projects by understanding business needs, setting the key milestones, planning and coordinating resources, managing stakeholders and serving as a liaison between Business and Automation/Analytics. You will understand the importance of digitalization, are familiar with Finance, numbers and KPI’s oriented.

Functions:

  • Project leadership: You will lead all the stages of the project, from the business requirements to the definition, deployment, creation of key users, testing, the definition of goals and the setting in motion of the final product.
  • Planning: you will meet with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs to develop detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams, revising them based on changing needs and requirements.
  • Coordination: You will identify and coordinate the necessary resources for the projects, from internal roles (Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Developers) to stakeholders and support teams.
  • Reporting and communication: You will compile and submit project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders, setting up proper communication channels with relevant stakeholders
  • Business understanding and prioritization: You will bring consistence and clearance between the business expectation and the definition of the goals, from the preparation of the business case, collection of business requirements, definition of key metrics to measure success and tasks prioritization, making sure the goals and progress are consistent with the business expectations
  • Quality and project documentation: You will ensure quality and expectations management in all stages of the project, ensuring there is proper recording of tracking and documentation

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English required
  • 2-3 years experience as Project Management required, specially related to Digital Transformation, Technology, desirable in Finance area
  • Familiar with Finance process (e-invoicing, accounts payable, consolidation, planning, etc.) and finance tools and softwares
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge in Agile/Lean/Waterfall methodologies is valued
  • Adaptability to handle dynamic project environments and problem-solving mindset
  • Corporate background is an advantage
