Job Overview:
Join global organization with 82000+ employees around the world, as a Senior PLSQL Developer based in IQVIA Bangalore .You will be part of IQVIA’s world class technology team and will be involved in design, development, enhanced software programs or cloud applications or proprietary products.

Responsibilities:
•    Software development: Design, develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, packages, and triggers
•    Requirements: Analyze requirements and design technical solutions to meet business needs
•    Database schemas: Design and develop database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. 
•    SQL queries: Tune application SQL queries for performance optimization. 
•    Database performance: Identify, investigate, and resolve database performance issues. 
•    Database security: Maintain data security and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
•    Test plans: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of PL/SQL code. 
•    Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle databases and PL/SQL code. 
•    End user support: Provide support to end users to solicit their needs. 
•    Database documentation: Document all database projects and processes. 
•    Collaboration.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications 
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
•    5+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
•    Strong SQL programming skills
•    Experience in database administration and performance tuning
•    Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
