职位描述
1. Create and own the CFSP China Quality Plan:
• Understand from China model leads the top 3 areas to target in 2025 and build a support plan
• Periodic reports to Head of cFSP China and to stakeholders on quality related matters, risk assessments and specific quality improvement initiatives.
2. Oversight the Inspection Readiness Self-check Initiative in China
3. Risk identification and assessment through data review and quality control processes
• Pilot in Q4 2024 for BI model, remotely review 5 areas (e.g. ICF, Delegation, Training)
4. Models without CFSP Global QM assigned:
• Providing support in risk mitigation, Quality issues investigation, planning corrective/preventive actions and guidance for improvement.
• May provide assistance during audits and regulatory inspections.
5. Oversight and development of CFSP Training:
• Liaise with FSP global/regional training team to support the local adoption or development of training materials or courses for local execution.
• Drive Quality and LEAN mindset and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Drive the quality mindset culture and organize internal quality related trainings for China cFSP team.
6. May serve as Line Manager of Quality Specialist (QS)
