• Responsibilities
  • Analyze the business requirements and design solutions using various data analysis and organization tools.
  • Work directly with the clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and provide feedback and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the web development, backend, and device teams to ensure the integration and functionality tool
  • Create and present reports and documentation to support the analysis and solutions.
  • Conduct research and identify new technologies and methods to improve the system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems related to the system

• Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or related role
  • Experience with Reltio MDM or Informatica MDM
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for requirements gathering through stories, managing releases, priorities, and collaboration.
  • Proficient in data analysis and organization tools such as Excel.
  • Familiar with web technologies such as React.js, AWS, RESTful APIs, etc.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
