Main responsibilities:

- Preparing quantitative research proposals for projects sale, development and justification of research designs, based on briefs and needs from the clients – pharmaceutical companies;

- Management of quantitative research projects after their confirmation;

- Development of questionnaires, reports in PPT, presentation of research results to the clients;

- Communication with clients at all stages of project realization and sale, agreement of research instruments and results;

- Project management within IQVIA team (preparation of technical specifications for the field department, data processing, coding);

- Negotiations with FW suppliers (FW competitive price calculating, FW management, FW control).

Required Experience:

- Project ownership, responsibility, stress tolerance, attention to details, communication skills, ability to work in a team.

- Fluent English, Usage of MS Office (PPT, Excel).

- Experience in the field of quantitative studies for at least 3-4 years in market research agencies. Experience in pharmaceutical and medical market research is welcome.

- Knowledge of market research main players and suppliers in Kazakhstan, experience of cooperation with Fieldwork suppliers, understanding their pricing policy, monitoring their work.

- It is welcome if the candidate has his own proven team of freelancers (FM managers, analytics for reports preparation and data processors).
