Job Overview
Assists in maintaining and validating the project scope, plans and schedules for projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance)
Essential Functions
• Assists in maintaining and validating the project scope, plans and schedules for projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
• Supports in monitoring identified risks to program success and informs applicable stakeholders.
• Assists in managing project delivery process, scope, and costs of non-complex projects under supervision; drives completion of the project.
• Manages stakeholder relationships; executes technical project communication plan.
• Supports in managing change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization.
• Evaluates project results against success metrics; recommends changes to processes, resources and solutions that improve productivity and end product.
• Supports in delivering team reporting and guidance metrics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, or equivalent experience Req
• Eighteen (18) months of experience in a systems development environment Req
• Good technical and commercial awareness
• Good communication skills
