Job Overview

Responsible for high quality and on-time completion of projects or components of larger projects for clients in the healthcare industry. Identifies and develops new business opportunities and assists in the sales process.

Essential Functions

Project management

•Leads a team in the design and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger projects

•Manages day-to-day communication with the client

•Provides direction and guidance to Consultants, Analysts, and Interns

•Designs, structures, and delivers reports and presentations to the clients

•Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to identify client issues and develop solutions

Business development

•Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and develops commercial proposals

Qualifications

•5+ years of experience in consulting and/or pharmaceutical industry

•Bachelor's degree

•Solid team leadership and/or project management skills

•Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship-building skills

•(Preferable, but not mandatory) Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques

•(Preferable, but not mandatory) Knowledge of the pharma industry

•Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
