Team Objective
Become a trusted partner with our clients and with different IQVIA departments.

Position Purpose:

Support clients daily by delivering the required data in several formats and advise clients on how to use it.

Provide guidance and support to clients as an expert on REDPHARMA and IQVIA products and services.

Principle Accountabilities

  • First point of contact for the client: build relationship, answer all relevant questions or refer to other departments, give training on our products & services;
  • Monitor performance against existing service agreements and ensure client’s obligations are met;
  • Review and analyse client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals of cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction;
  • May design, structure and deliver client reports and presentations that are answering further needs of the audience;
  • Partner with the Key Account Managers and clients to derive optimum value from our products & services by explaining and expanding the usage of current deliverables and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients.

Education, Experience, & Specialized Skills Required:

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent
  • A customer-oriented personality with positive drive and a pragmatic, proactive and innovative approach
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work with due dates
  • Able to work effectively with others in and across a matrix organization
  • Analytical mindset: high interest in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretation
  • Project Management skills
  • Affinity with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in PC applications: good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
  • NL and EN speaking, FR is a plus
