About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to develop new business for our Global Market Services. In this role, you will provide product expertise and sales leadership to identify & qualify revenue opportunities, manage the selling process, and close the sale in both existing and new large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and exceed revenue targets for assigned product.
• Enhance in-depth knowledge of product and its applications within a client’s enterprise.
• Collaborate with Account Directors in developing account planning strategies.
• Work closely with the Customer Team to identify and validate opportunities.
• Engage with customers at all levels and present winning proposals.
• Develop proposals that highlight IQVIA capabilities and solutions for our customers.
• Monitor delivery, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and capitalize on 'starburst' opportunities within existing customers.
• Provide strategic feedback to Marketing, Consulting, Service, and Sales teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum eight years of relevant sales or account management experience.
• Knowledge of key marketplace issues within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more IQVIA specialty products.
• Excellent salesmanship, presentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Proven success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Driven by revenue targets, with a consultative, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.
• Creative, resourceful, fast, flexible, and able to act with a sense of urgency.
