We’re Hiring! Consumer Health Key Account Manager

IQVIA is looking for talented and passionate applicants at a Key Account Manager level to join our Consumer Health Commercial Sales Team in South Africa.

Are you an experienced and highly motivated professional with a deep understanding of the Consumer Health market? Do you have exposure to the retail environment and a passion for the self-care industry? If so, we want to hear from you!

Position: Consumer Health Key Account Manager
Location: South Africa – Gauteng preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
• Promote, recommend, and sell solutions, products, and services to Consumer Health and Pharmaceutical Clients.
• Act as a knowledgeable advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, and industry trends.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contract expansions.
• Collaborate with consulting services to coordinate the best solutions for clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high levels of service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, ideally in Senior Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Business Operations/Analytics.
• Strong understanding of the South African healthcare sector, specifically Consumer Health and OTC.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet client needs proactively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a passion for the self-care industry.
