The Team: IQVIA Digital is focused on data-driven healthcare digital marketing innovations. We are charting new territories in the world of healthcare, combining the power of digital media marketing with data-centric solutions for Healthcare Providers (HCP) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) markets.

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our consumer healthcare analytics products. Your goal is to streamline our DTC measurement offerings portfolio and scale our business. You have a keen eye for gaps in our current offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. You are a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release, revamping to upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, DTC healthcare and advertising/marketing, and data analytics, with a passion for creating impactful solutions that enhance health outcomes.

As part of our measurement team, you lead our DTC analytics product team and own offerings across several healthcare verticals, including pharma agencies, providers, publisher sand channel partners, with the ability to innovate and help share industry standards within the consumer measurement landscape. You work in close partnership with Product Strategy, Leads on the Measurement team, advanced analytics and methodology team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for a core set of existing and new product offerings and tie owned initiatives to strategic business objectives.
  • Lead, Guide and Manage a team of product managers responsible for prioritization, functionality and scope definition to bring value to customers, while providing constant feedback to ensure white glove product delivery.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from conception to launch through GTM sales support, managing iterative improvements based on customer feedback and market developments.
  • Remain at the forefront of the industry, exploring and evaluating new measurement methodology and analytics technology
  • Bring best practices from data visualization and user experience to create requirements and features that will meet customer and business needs.
  • Ensure collaboration across product teams to drive unified client experience and consistent measurement.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across different healthcare sales verticals to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Build strong partnerships with multiple teams: advanced analytics, partnerships, client services, and data management to drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Strategy to develop product positioning and messaging and produce necessary go-to-market support.
  • Conduct profitability analysis and opportunity cost analysis.
  • Navigate the complex data privacy and security landscape, developing products that adhere to stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies through continuous market research.
  • Utilize these insights to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Business or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or data-focused organization, with a track record of driving high-performing products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Experience and working knowledge of IQVIA or clinical data sets is preferred
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, consumer health needs, and data analytics methodologies.
  • Proficiency in advanced methodologies, mixed models and attribution a plus
  • Strategic thinker, strong analytical background, customer-focused, innovative, and results-driven.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $138,500.00 - $283,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
