We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate for Junior Analyst position to join our Management Consulting team based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses

• Build models, reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

• Run independent desktop research to a specific brief using internal and external sources

• Support team of Consultants and/or responsible for project delivery

• Participate in client meetings

Requirements

• Degree preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering

• Analytical mindset: Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills

• Experience and skills in working in Excel & PowerPoint

• Proficiency in English and Bulgarian

• Can-do attitude, willingness to step out of comfort zone and learn quickly

• Strong interpersonal skills and contribution to good team spirit

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry will be considered as an advantage
