Job Overview

Provide HR administrative services in a customer-focused environment, maintaining confidentiality and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related issues.

Essential Functions

  • Input and maintain data in HR databases.
  • Complete data maintenance and audits.
  • Handle hire administration tasks, including employment letters, background screening, and health-related screenings.
  • Provide customer service support, logging and resolving inquiries.
  • File and track personnel documents.
  • Handle complex requests and escalate as needed.
  • Share best practices and suggest process improvements.
  • Foster teamwork and participate in projects.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent education/training.
  • Knowledge of company HR policies and administrative processes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • Effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
