Project Manager – Copay Support
We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead delivery excellence within our Copay Support Center (CSC). In this pivotal role, you will oversee key processes, drive compliance initiatives, and manage cross-functional projects that enhance patient support and program integrity. This position requires strong relationship management, business analysis, and project leadership skills, along with the ability to navigate multiple systems and collaborate across IT and business teams.
Job Responsibilities:
· Own management of standard operating procedures as well as other operational and processes for Copay Support Center
· Oversee development of call guides, IVRs and other program materials as needed. Maintain MRL approval of all materials via Veeva, Workfront and other platforms as needed.
· Partner with client’s compliance team to drive compliance initiatives across Copay team. Monitor compliance training reports to ensure internal/external team members remain compliant and communicate to appropriate parties when action is needed
· Facilitate and address client escalation investigations for timely resolutions to uphold program integrity
· Coordinate and support development of monthly program reviews and QBRs.
· Manage operational projects including process improvement and implementation of new support tools and processes.
· Drive the execution and delivery of solutions by managing cross-functional stakeholders including IT and Business functions.
· Other CSC initiatives and special projects as assigned by client CSC Lead or Sr. Project Lead.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree
· 5+ years Project Management
· 10% travel
Preferred Qualifications:
· Contact Center experience
· Biotech/Life Science industry experience
· Experience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure
· Ability to quickly learn details of multiple IT systems, integrations and cloud applications
· Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking and analysis, small and large group facilitation, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability/experience in thinking at a high-level but have the ability to get into details
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization up to the senior management level

The potential base pay range for this role is $110,000-$120,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
