A leading pharmaceutical company committed to improving health and well-being through innovative products and services. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Regulatory Manager to join our team in Senegal and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all products and operations comply with local, regional, and international regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and changes in legislation.

Documentation and Submission:

• Prepare and submit regulatory documents to health authorities.
• Manage the registration and approval process for new products.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure product safety and efficacy.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate regulatory risks associated with product development and distribution.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and issues.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to ensure continuous improvement.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide regular reports and updates to management on regulatory status and compliance.
• Utilize data analytics to inform regulatory strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of local and international regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
