We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, operational management, and contract management, with a passion for optimizing processes and enhancing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across departments.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

  • Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are handled.

  • Contract Management:

    • Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, clients, and partners.

    • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

    • Maintain a comprehensive contract database and track key milestones and deadlines.

    • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any contractual issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or contract management roles.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Knowledge of contract law and best practices in contract management is preferred
