Join Our New Team as a Sales Representative in T1 Diabetes Management

Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for healthcare? We are looking for 6Sales Representative to join our team across Spain and promote innovative diabetes management devices and services. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients with T1 diabetes and the healthcare professionals (HCPs) that care for them.

Position Title: Sales Representative

Contract Type: Fixed Term

Territory: Barcelona / Cataluna

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and Sell: Introduce a first-in-category diabetes management system to new customers.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Drive Prescriptions: Increase the prescribing of our diabetes management system.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
  • Educate and Demonstrate: Educate customers on our products and services, and demonstrate how our system works.
  • Strategize: Implement and adjust territory account plans and strategies as needed.
  • Meet Targets: Aim to exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Support HCPs: Provide follow-up support to healthcare professionals, including responding to product queries and issues.
  • Market Intelligence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on market intelligence.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry gained at hospital level in part of the geographical area in question
  • Degree in a relevant life science field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in selling insulin products or other products within the diabetes market is a plus (but not essential)
  • Valid Driving Licence.
  • Proficiency in the local language, with English language skills being a bonus.
