IQVIA is excited to announce a new role for a Commercial Excellence Manager. This position will drive commercial excellence activities by designing, planning, and implementing processes, projects, and initiatives to maximize top-line and bottom-line results. The successful candidate will apply efficient, action-oriented, and innovative recommendations to increase sales performance and profitability of direct selling products in the EU. Working closely with the commercial functions, the manager will implement analytics and insights projects to help the business reach and exceed sales targets.

Since their inception, they have developed the industry’s most rapidly advancing biosimilar medicines portfolio and have become leaders in this field. Due to their success, they are expanding their team with this newly created position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly sales productivity analysis and insights.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategic decisions.
  • Regularly monitor annual KPIs for the field force and performance management process, delivering reliable and timely insights.
  • Assess sales effectiveness and productivity, identify drivers through data analytics, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Distill insights from sales performance data analytics and major events to drive action or course correction.
  • Develop frameworks, guiding principles, analytics, and reporting systems to enhance the forecasting process for both commercial and manufacturing purposes.
  • Represent the organization during SOP meetings with the Global Team and track forecast accuracy, suggesting proactive corrective actions.
  • Design and expand new solutions to support critical business functions and accelerate business growth.
  • Partner with Country Managers, through the support of the Commercial Director, to educate broader sales teams on maximizing the utilization of sales force analytics tools.
  • Ensure compliance with EU regulations and GDPR rules in the governance and management of commercial data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on data projects, demand management, brand planning, and marketing processes.
  • Stay current on market trends and industry best practices, driving internal and external best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial function such as market analyst, SFE analyst, marketing manager, key account manager, or similar.
  • Willingness to contribute to process improvement.
  • Knowledge of business insights, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Project management capabilities and knowledge of project management tools.
  • Proven organizational capabilities.
  • Knowledge of segmentation, targeting, and SFE principles.
  • Understanding of the pharma market.
