Job Summary
Finance system roll out, including SAP, CRM, and system integration, covering all aspects of system use to reflect organizational and regulatory requirements.  Act as internal consultant providing multi system support.

Responsibilities
•    Assist in the finance system roll out and implementation of new systems, including SAP, CRM, etc.
•    Undertake system maintenance and performance monitoring in conjunction with IT and other key users.
•    Ensure effective system documentation is in place to accurately describe how the system is maintained and operated.
•    Ensure effective back-up provisions exist and are regularly tested and updated in conjunction with IT and BCP requirements.
•    Maintain a fully functioning test environment.
•    Ensure all system changes are properly tested and documented before rolling out in the live system.
•    Keep informed about developments in finance consolidation and budgeting and planning products.
•    Develop training programs for users and deliver training to new finance systems users.
•    Provide finance systems support to Corporate Finance Consolidation and Budgeting & Planning teams.
•    Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Typically requires 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience of system roll out and integration
• 3~5 years’ experience of financial analysis and consolidation
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Comprehensive technical accounting skills including General and subsidiary Ledger Accounting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly developed and proven analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to identify financial issues, develop and execute mitigating actions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet strict/demanding deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
