IQVIA is hiring a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to lead medical and scientific engagement with oncology trial sites in South Korea and Taiwan. You’ll provide expert support to investigators, champion protocol compliance, and enhance the quality of scientific exchange throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver site-focused medical and scientific support for oncology studies in South Korea and Taiwan.
• Host scientific discussions, protocol training, and therapeutic updates for site staff and investigators.
• Identify and troubleshoot barriers to patient enrollment and protocol compliance.
• Work closely with site management and IQVIA project teams to drive effective site performance.
• Foster compliant scientific dialogue with HCPs and KOLs in both countries.
• Collect and relay actionable field intelligence to central teams.
• Attend and represent the program at local and international oncology conferences and advisory panels.
• Keep expertise current on regional oncology trends, disease states, and investigational assets.
• Adhere to all local laws, regulations, and company procedures in daily activities.

Required Qualifications:

• MD, PhD, PharmD preferred; master’s degree with relevant expertise considered.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an MSL or in a related scientific/medical role.
• Proven oncology background, especially with solid tumors.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial execution and site activation strategies.
• Fluent in Korean and English for South Korea; Mandarin and English for Taiwan. Japanese fluency is a plus.
• Authorization to work in South Korea and/or Taiwan plus willingness for significant travel.
• Valid driver’s license.
