Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analystwith 6+ years IT experience in Lab setting; 3+ years as Business Analyst in Lab/Central Lab to enhance business systems and deliver effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools for internal teams and client solutions.

Job Tittle: Central Lab Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Domain Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in the Central Lab domain, including:
  • Study Setup
  • Kitting
  • Sample Processing and Management (Pre-analytical)
  • Analytical processes (Test Ordering, Test Resulting)
  • Lab Result Report generation
  • Project Management
• Product Ownership: Serve as the Product Owner for Analytics and Reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights for internal operations and external stakeholders.
• Business Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fully understand business challenges and proactively propose innovative solutions that exceed initial requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze laboratory data across all domains using SQL and present meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Visualization & Prototyping: Design and develop dashboards and prototypes using Power BI to support decision-making.
• Requirements Definition: Define system scope, objectives, and detailed requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
• System Development: Develop or modify business systems and resolve logical or functional issues as needed.
• SDLC Support: Provide support to development, system verification testing (SVT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) teams throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
