Job Overview:
As an Associate Manager in the Talent Intelligence & Analytics function, within the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team at IQVIA, you will play a crucial role in delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support talent intelligence requests for global stakeholders. This role is based out of India in a Hybrid setup.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth secondary and primary research to gather data on market trends, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence in the areas of Recruiting and HR.
• Data Interpretation: Analyse labour market data to derive meaningful insights and trends that can inform strategic decisions for stakeholders.
• Report Preparation: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the stakeholders.
• Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
• Project Management: Assist in managing varied projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. Understand ambiguous project objectives and execute assignments.
• Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor market developments and update stakeholders on relevant changes and opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive and cohesive project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Post Graduate Degree or MBA marketing or another related field.
• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in market research, consulting, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent knowledge of labour market databases and MS Office suite.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in research and reporting.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as in a team, including cross-office collaboration around the world
