The Orchestrated Analytics team is looking for Machine Learning Engineers focusing on microservice architecture, cloud computing and scalability within our SaaS and mobile products which deliver highly available and scalable data management, analytics, and AI ML capabilities to our largest pharmaceutical clients.

As a Machine learning engineer, you will develop algorithms that enhance the daily life and professional outcomes of our end-users. You will join a team of other ML engineers / data scientists, big data, and software engineers, all responsible for the delivery of algorithms through the Orchestrated Analytics Platform from the ground up. You will work with product and business stakeholders to deliver algorithms with very clear business objectives, including requirements gathering, model development, prototyping, and interfacing with the software engineering team. Key Technologies:

• Language: Python

• MLOps: Docker, Kubeflow, Sagemaker, Dataiku, Databricks

• TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Evidently AI

• Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure

• Version Control and CI/CD tools such as Gitlab/Github/Bitbucket

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be the face of the ML products to client facing engagements.

• Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to successfully execute ML/LLM models and algorithms in the platform.

• Interface with software engineering & Algorithm SME team for the development of the product. • Design and develop proof-of-concept solutions as needed using ML Products.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Mentor and coach junior team members. Educate leadership team to bring up to speed with technical advances.

• Build, Own and Support production grade, scalable algorithms in the Next Best ML Platform.

• Quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies related to ML and AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSC degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related technical field

• Candidates finally selected must submit soft copies of academic certificates, transcripts, and past employment documents (joining letter, release letters etc).

• Any record of parallel employment will lead to disqualification.

• 4+ years’ experience of working on creating and deploying machine learning algorithms.

• Creative problem solver with a strong knowledge of statistics/data analytics, and machine learning methods and strategies.

• Advanced proficiency with Python (experience with other languages a plus)

• Experience with software engineering best practices (programming, testing, version control, agile development, etc.)

• Passion for translating vague problems into specific, actionable solutions

• Experience distilling and presenting complex concepts to a business audience

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
