Analytics & Consulting team within the EMEA business division is a group of 150+ practitioners across diverse backgrounds.

Preferred skillsets are Sales Force Excellence domain experience– expertise in Segmentation &

Targeting, SF Sizing, Alignment along with desired experience in Excel, SAS, Python, VBA.

Along with this, additional scope includes integration of data assets with insights from desk research, and SMEs. The CoE supports GTM strategy, Competitive intelligence, Launch excellence, Opportunity/Market assessment, SFE practices across brands and markets, and also measuring Brand Performance.

Role Purpose:

Deliver and manage consulting projects and support new offering development.

The role involves expertise in Segmentation & Targeting, SF Sizing, Call Planning, Alignment along with, advance analytics using IQVIA data assets, storyboarding, stakeholder and project management, and capability building.

Principal Accountabilities:

Project execution

• Participate in the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery

• Review and analyze client requirements or problems and assist in the development of solutions and provide recommendations

• Synthesize findings and analysis into executive presentations that deliver an evidence-based

narrative on the topics in focus

• Develop detailed documentation and specifications

• Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems

• Proactively develop broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and life

sciences market through on-the-job experience and participation in training opportunities

Others

• Support new ideas, initiatives and knowledge management

• Contribute in internal practice development and capability building initiatives including project automation, recruitment, innovation (AIML), and team building

Education and experience:

• Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Technology from a premier institute

• 3-6 years of experience in client facing role within Pharmaceutical/Consulting company

• Prior healthcare research and data analytics experience

• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Excellent project management capabilities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistent, high quality outcomes

• Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
