We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong Product Owner execution skills to drive roadmap delivery for our high-growth Planning Suite offerings. This is a remote opportunity to work on cutting-edge products that combine healthcare and consumer data to deliver actionable insights for clients worldwide.

Job Overview

As Product Manager for Consumer Attributes, you will play a hybrid role with a primary focus on roadmap execution and growth into broader product management responsibilities. You’ll collaborate closely with Advanced Analytics, Information Solutions, and cross-functional teams to deliver new capabilities that enhance IQVIA’s healthcare data assets with consumer insights. This role is critical to scaling Consumer Profile and advancing our Consumer Attributes product, ensuring privacy compliance and seamless integration across offerings. Reporting into IQVIA Digital’s product organization, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration drive success.

Essential Functions

  • Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own the requirements process, prioritizing and refining backlog items for development teams.
  • Monitor success metrics, analyze data for insights, and recommend improvements based on feedback.
  • Partner with internal teams to mitigate impediments and ensure successful sprint and release goals.
  • Serve as product expert for users, providing creative solutions for advanced use cases.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new offerings and contribute to long-term product vision.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Product Management, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years with a proven track record delivering product roadmaps; strong Product Owner experience with interest in expanding into Product Management.
  • Skills:
    • Technical and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
    • Strategic thinking and ability to identify process improvements.
    • Ability to create product materials that are both Internal and Client facing.
    • Proficient with MS Office suite of products
    • Comfortable in client-facing settings and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
    • Preferred experience with technology management platform such as Jira, Aha!, Smartsheets, and Workfront
  • Consumer data experience is a plus but not required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
