Position Summary:
Maintain and in charge of overall compliance relevant jobs including corporate adverse event management, vendor management of FW and T&A, hosting internal & external audit and addressing relevant CAPA, T&E optimization and inspection, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adverse Event Management
• Vendor Management
• Deal with Internal & External Audit
• T&E Inspection
• Proactively maintain and update to comply with internal and external needs when necessary;
• Maintain and keep the latest AE Training Deck, AE Report Template, AE Reconciliation Template and other templates of different clients in shared folder;
• Monthly check for RWAS timely AE Reconciliation upload in Zoho system and make sure all the AE Reconciliations are sent to client in a timely manner;
• Make sure Operation Team (FW, DP, QC) and Vendors complete annual AE training using clients’ training decks and archive the training records;
• Tracking the completion of the online training by different Team;
• Work as PM to lead AE Detector Project together with AA, PI and MC Team; 
• Other Compliance Relevant Work

Requirements:
• BS/BA degree, with strong academic credentials. Finance or accounting is preferred;
• 3~4 years of relevant experience in internal control, compliance or Finance-Account Payable; 
• Strong communication, time management and organization skills, demonstrated in previous work where cross-functional alliance and project management capabilities are proven;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks with limited supervision and strong attention to details;
• Proficiency in MS office (word, excel, ppt) and SAP Concur, SFDC;
• Good written and oral English, oversea education experience is a plus;
