The Analytics Center of Excellence:
Our Analytics Center of Excellence (Analytics COE) harnesses our global healthcare insights, working closely with our clinical and therapeutic experts to power evidence-driven design, speed site activation and recruit the right patients, faster. We’re using big data and advanced analytics to derive insights that transform clinical development and bring new medicines to patients faster through successful trial delivery.

Senior Product Manager - The Role
In the role of a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders to establish and consolidate requirements pertaining to security, compliance, user controls, and additional non-functional requirements critical for the adoption goals of various products at IQVIA. You will work alongside fellow Product Managers and engineering teams to progressively build and deliver a solid, market-ready architecture.
Your duties will include shaping and prioritizing the product backlog, crafting user stories, and making certain the product aligns with customer and stakeholder needs. Additionally, you'll assess product functionality, feedback, and market shifts to spot and act on chances for advancement and innovation.
Essential functions:
- Aligns the business around a clear and compelling product vision
- Defines the value-creation strategy inclusive of incremental, well-defined objectives
- Coordinates with executive leadership to align product strategy and business needs
- Works with external clients to align on requirements for security, compliance etc to drive strong adoption
- Conducts regular industry, market and customer research to maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics
- Develops messaging, positioning, bundling and pricing strategies
- Designs and executes go-to-market and growth strategies
- Supports conferences, business development and sales engagements
- Self-manages to multiple broad objectives and performs all core responsibilities independently
Qualifications:
- +5 years as Product Manager
- +8 years of experience in similar roles
- At least 3 previous products
- At least one external product launch
- Technical background: ability to communicate and negotiate scope on technical architecture between customers and engineering

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $136,800.00 - $254,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.類似職種
