This role focuses on selling digital media measurement solutions to healthcare media publishers by leveraging data-driven methodologies, consulting with clients, and driving business growth for IQVIA Digital in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Job Overview

We are seeking passionate measurement sellers with strong digital media expertise and hands‑on experience applying measurement methodologies to pharmaceutical use cases.

You are a creative problem‑solver and trusted consultant who can translate complex analytical approaches into clear, outcomes‑driven recommendations for HCP and DTC healthcare media publishers.

In this consultative and highly collaborative role, you will help leading media companies navigate the rapidly evolving digital media landscape and understand what “best‑in‑class” measurement looks like for their life-science advertisers.

You will be responsible for developing new business for IQVIA’s measurement solutions, bringing product expertise, leading the sales process end‑to‑end, identifying and qualifying revenue opportunities, proactively managing pursuits, and closing business across both existing and net‑new accounts.

Essential Functions

  • Interfaces with HCP and DTC media publisher customers at all levels, including product, analytics, and procurement teams

  • Achieves growth & revenue targets for campaign measurement product through a consultative sales approach that solves client business issues.

  • Proactively strengthens in-depth knowledge of measurement products and its application within a client’s enterprise.

  • Collaborates with IQVIA customer team to establish account planning strategy as it relates to measurement offerings

  • Creates and presents client proposals that result in winning sales.

  • As necessary, identifies and manages resources to develop proposals that position IQVIA capabilities & solutions to customers.

  • Monitors delivery, implementation, and customer satisfaction.

  • Seeks opportunities within existing customers to grow revenue opportunities across the IQVIA Digital suite of offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Req

  • Eight (8) years relevant sales or account management experience Req

  • Possesses knowledge of campaign measurement requirements for the pharmaceutical industry and related businesses, including HCP and DTC campaigns.

  • Familiar with IQVIA measurement offerings a plus.

  • Strong understanding of digital media channels, strategies, and metrics.

  • Must be a superior and successful salesperson, have excellent presentation and writing skills, act with a sense of urgency, and be able to work both independently and within a team environment.

  • Must have successful experience identifying and closing new business opportunities and developing positive relationships at all levels of client management and within IQVIA sales, consulting and marketing teams.

  • Must be revenue driven, knowledgeable, consultative, problem solver, customer focused, creative, resourceful, fast & flexible, team player, organized, and an effective negotiator.

  • 10-20% travel is required (based on location).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $89,600.00 - $249,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
