Position: Sr. Client Service Rep/Salesforce Admin

Location:Istanbul Office

Job Overview:As a Client Service Team Member, you will ensure our clients get the most value from our products and services, fostering positive and productive long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill contract specifications and handle ad-hoc client requests to build client satisfaction.
  • Assist in building and maintaining effective business relationships with clients as their day-to-day contact.
  • Ensure product deliverables meet customer specifications, including timeliness and quality.
  • Partner with account managers and clients to maximize the value of IQVIA products and services, identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients.
  • Understand Salesforce DX development and support automation of scratch org creation.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce DX using Git.
  • Create and maintain orgs for development, testing, staging, packing, demos, marketing, selling, and distributing app exchange products.
  • Maintain effective internal communications with sales and client service support teams.
  • Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure client obligations are met.
  • Research, analyze, and respond to client needs requiring an in-depth understanding of the client, specific business line, and/or therapeutic market.
  • Conduct product/services and process training for clients and employees.
  • Represent IQVIA at client sites and on external client services and projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant sciences (Math, Pharmacy, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration).
  • Knowledge of IQVIA products and the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation, presentation, and training.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Office, SQL, Access, and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Strong technical background in Salesforce.com with Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CSM Ticket management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) across various organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and IQVIA offices as needed.
