Job Description
BIOAXIS Healthcare, an IQVIA business, the largest company that specializes in the provision of high-quality Patient Education and Care Services, through patient support programs, is seeking for a Patient Support Coordinator for its offices in Neo Heraklion, Attica.
Position Description
• Telephone support, patient service and guidance on matters of hospitalization, medication, disease management, drug administration and other health services
• Scheduling visits and sending medicines and other consumables based on company procedures
• Conduct reminders, patient satisfaction surveys and other outbound calls
• Management of pharmacovigilance reports (adverse events and product complaints in pharmaceutical products)
• Coordination and communication with the other departments of the company
• Data entry in the information system
Qualifications required
• Degree of AEI/ATEI/IEK of Health Professionals and related professions
• Previous experience in a relevant field
• Experience in handling information systems, e.g. ERP, CRM
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of the English language
